This form, linked below, can be submitted in-person at the Voter Service Center in Media or mailed to Delaware County Bureau of Elections, 2501 Seaport Dr. The only exception is to assist a disabled voter or an emergency absentee voter - and requires a declaration signed by the voter and by the person providing assistance. Reminder: Voters may return only their own ballot (which must be sealed within both the secrecy envelope and the ballot return envelope). Reminder: Postage is NOT required whether a voter submits a Ballot Return Envelope at a ballot drop box or through the US Postal Service. Please note: The Ballot Drop Box located in the lobby of Government Center Building in Media is now open and available 24/7.
